October Radio

Coming Soon

We greatly appreciate the feedback we have received, and based upon it, we will be starting our own Internet Radio Station.  Scheduled to be launched in October, BackAllee’s OTL Global will be an eclectic Internet experience.  While CrossOver will still be a big part of our family, we will be introducing other programs and podcasts.

Shows

How can you help, you ask?  I’m glad you did.  First of all, we are seeking those who already have shows that they want to take to all the world.  Whether it be Gospel, R & B, Blues, novels or short stories,  we want to provide the best in audio experiences.

Producers

Do you have something you would like to hear, but are not interested in creating the content yourself?  No problem!  For a dollar per minute, you can pay to have the content created and played by becoming an OTL Global executive producer.  We will include a picture and short bio for the show(s) that you support.

More information will be coming as October approaches, but in the meantime, if you have any questions/suggestion, contact us! Online@otlradio.net

Pixie Joins OTLRadio

Help us welcome Pixie to the OTLRadio Family!

While www.TheMusicalPixie.net is another BackAllee Production, it is the brain child of The Musical Pixie, nee Beth Rogers, who has loved music longer than she could talk.

The Pixie’s idea of heaven might well be mistaken for Bonnaroo.

She has made it her mission to seek out the best in independent music and share it with the world.  A tad ambitious, but with your help, she is sure to have some measure of success.  If you know of an Indie band of which the Musical Pixie should be made aware, please contact her via Pixie@otlradio.net!

The Man In Black

This week’s Dr. Walter Guerard CrossOver artist for the week of 7/24/10 will be Johnny Cash. According to his Official website, “he was born Feb. 26, 1932, in Kingsland, Ark., Johnny Cash was born John R. Cash, one of seven children belonging to Ray and Carrie Rivers Cash. When John was 3 years old, his father took advantage of a new Roosevelt farm program and moved his young family to Dyess Colony in northeast Arkansas. There the Cash family farmed 20 acres of cotton and other seasonal crops, and young John worked alongside his parents and siblings in the fields.”

Recording his first song for Sun Records in 1955, by 1956 he had realized a longtime dream when he was invited to perform on the Grand Ole Opry.

Tune in to WFLI, 1070 AM from 7:05 to 8:00 PM this Saturday to hear some of the best of Johnny Cash’s Christian recordings.

We’re baaaaack!

The OTL Radio Network was originally conceived and created just in time for Y2K. It’s reported demise was greatly exaggerated. We merely took a ten year hiatus…

We’re back and better than ever. Original on-air personality Al Lee returns with his long time compadre, Colonel Jack Staples. The newest addition to the line-up of show(s) is called CrossOver. The show features Christian artists who have had hits on secular radio as well artists who would primarily be thought of as secular and have recorded gospel songs.

Beginning June 19, 2010, you can catch us on Saturday nights from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm on 1070 AM WFLI out of Chattanooga Tennessee. Replays will be available here shortly after they air each week.
